Meet the Team - Wingate and Withers
Robbie Withers

Robbie grew up in Byfleet Village, playing football for Byfleet Boys, attending the annual Parish day and exploring the village as a child, nobody knows byfleet better than Robbie.
Robbie started in estate agency as a trainee negotiator in West Byfleet, within a year Robbie was promoted to Sales negotiator.
Robbie Moved from the successful West Byfleet agency to more familiar grounds of Byfleet Village where a new challenge awaited him, his new challenge was to transform a sleepy estate agents from a quiet estate agents stuck in the past to a more modern and busy agency.
Robbie achieved his goal soon after being appointed sales manager at the local Byfleet estate agents.
After working for the independent agency for more than six years, Robbie teamed up with the lettings Manager Julie Smith to start their own venture of Wingate and Withers in Maybury.
Two years into their venture Robbie and Julie decided to open their second Branch in Byfleet Village.

Previously worked in a local independent estate agents in the lettings department, attended courses with Arla and completed the residential lettings qualification, enthusiastic about properties and successfully building up a portfolio of properties for Wingate and Withers.
Amy Smith

Amy Smith Joined the family business in 2015. Amy has previously worked with us for another estate agency on a part time basis, with the experience Amy gained previously and the new training programme of accounts and administration Amy is pushing the business forward while also learning new skills. Amy also like to accompany viewings for both sales and lettings, organise open days, book in valuations and keep Julie Smith and Robbie Withers on their toes at all times.
